Dina Born in Forest Hills Queens and raised there. She moved to Dix Hills Long Island before the end of her junior year. Her brothers include Gregory the elder brother of her, and Evan. From the age of nine up to 16, she started working in the entertainment business by modeling. The beginning of her acting career was in The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was studying the techniques of Sanford Meisner along with Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the actors who received such education. Her first acting role came in Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating to Los Angeles. Then, she got the role of the main character in the film Johnny Mnemonic, in which she was able to do all her stunts herself, and established herself as an athlete. Her agent was Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent she managed to land a regular role on Friends.
